About the Founder

I am a career-long educator, beginning as a teacher in K-4 settings and an adjunct faculty professor specializing in classroom assessment, test development, and research design.  I earned my Ph.D. in Educational Research, Measurement, and Evaluation, specializing in K-12 and higher education evaluation and research projects.  I also worked on large-scale assessments for over 10 years as a psychometric research expert, ensuring large-scale reports and results were accessible to educators across my state.

I am committed to helping educators use assessments and data to support a wide range of educational efforts.  Our courses and data management and research support services will provide you with the tools you need to begin to thrive.

All the tools you need to help educators and students thrive!

Our data support provides educators with the supports they need to harness data to support their own missions.  Instead of feeling judged by your data, own it and use it to help your students and yourselves!

In Charting Your Own Course, I aim to support educators in refining their practice and homing in on student needs through the employment of better classroom assessment and better understanding and use of assessment data.
